Shipping policy

Any persons ordering alcoholic beverages must be over 18 years of age. Alcoholic beverage deliveries must be signed for by a person over 18 at the time of delivery.

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Australia Post is still experiencing delays caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. We will continue to dispatch as soon as possible, but you may notice delays in transit times. If you feel your order is significantly delayed please reach out to us so we can investigate with Australia Post. We appreciate your patience and support during this time.

Estimated Transit Times:
Metro NSW, VIC, QLD, SA – 3-5 business days
Metro WA, NT – 5-8 business days
Rural areas: up to 10 business days

Delays may occur outside of our control. If you have not received your order within the above time frame, please contact us via email with your order number, we’ll be happy to assist.


We respect our customer's rights under the Australian Consumer Law. We also accept that in rare situations, a product can be faulty, damaged or wrongly described. If this is the case, Small Batch Tasmania will gladly exchange the product. All returns and exchanges are handled via email - Please contact us to process your return.
